Jim Wilson
Jim is a life long Madison resident and a 21 year veteran of the Real Estate Industry. Throughout those 21 years, he has seen many changes in the Dane County housing market. Jim has used his knowledge of the market and strong negotiation skills to achieve his high level of closed transactions year in and year out.
Jim has worked with many Buyers and Sellers on residential and income property and has worked with some of the States Largest Banks in sale of FORECLOSED AND REO PROPERTIES. Since 1992, Jim has worked with WHEDA in the sale of their REO Properties and has also worked with home owners dealing with Short Sales and Pre Foreclosure Education. Since 2008, Jim has closed over 100 Foreclosed and Short Sale homes, helping his clients achieve the most favorable out come from these taxing times. Nancy is a certified buyer broker and has been representing buyers full time for 21 years. She has the knowledge and experience necessary to negotiate and close homes during this difficult market. Throughout this time, Nancy has obtained numerous certifications, awards for sales production and client satisfaction. Testimony to her effectiveness began in 1990, in her first full year as a licensed Real Estate Agent when she contracted 84 homes to be sold, average is 5-15. Nancy was one of the first Realtors in the Madison area to work as a Buyers Agent 21 years ago. Nancy grew up in Madison and went to the Madison Schools and worked in her father’s real estate office as a kid.
